Really showcases the availability,the tastes! Chandeliers spectacular! My daughter and I loved our indoor golf with The analysis of length,height,speed stats! Wish we had realized to try different irons and woods. Excellent stay with family meeting from Europe and US from the South Pacific. Handy to our relatives and family! Easy to use Uber as out in suburb of Pudong. Loved Our Stay!

Breakfast had a wide spread and the seating was luxurious too. The hotel lives up to its name Chateau Star and is really massive. The rooms are very big and spacious and luxurious interior. The hotel gives the feel of Royal family and treatment is as good. The location of the hotel is ideal. The entire staff is very courtious and soft spoken.

High luxury for everything: huge room, exquisite taste, lovely tea cups, perfect service, friendly manners, quiet surroundings. This place is a real palace and the name Chateau is not abusive.

Excellent experience and fantastic staff. Superb variety of facilities, swimming pool is for lengths/exercise not relaxation. The staff went above and beyond supplying us with a packaged breakfast as we had a 4am start to catch our next flight. 30 minute taxi to airport.

The hotel was amazing, the breakfast was good. And the room was very specious, clean, and immaculately furnished. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a magnificent design. The buffet breakfast and dinners had significant range and very nice. The restaurant had great dimsum. I wish I had more time to use the amenities.

Great hotel to stay in Shanghai near the Convention Center. Very large room with very nice views and everything you need. It's not completely new but it's still in great condition and it's got some charm!
